As you try and look for every network marketing resource under the sun to help you build your business faster, you may want to take a quick look at what you've already accomplished with recruiting new members. Yes, there are many resources out there to help you build your network marketing business, but I suggest that PEOPLE are your #1 priority.

Forgetting what we're really trying to accomplish in our businesses can sometimes be easy to do. As we work hard to attract more leads and prospects into our sales funnels, we need to be careful to not lose the human element.

Don't forget that your prospects are actually real people with real feelings. Make sure you invest quality time in getting to know the people you come into contact with.

Of course, when your lead flow gets to over 25 people or so, there's no way that you can get to know everyone really well. What you need to focus on, though, are the people who raise their hands up and call you asking how they can join your business.

These people are your greatest network marketing resource as they flow into your downline. Although it's important to keep recruiting new people each day, it's also vital that you identify those people already on your team who are exhibiting quality leadership skills.

Your income will begin to really build quickly once you start to invest some time helping to build some leaders underneath you. Network marketing results begin to show themselves once you've helped at least 5-10 people on your team rise up into true leadership positions themselves. When they no longer need you and are actively building their own leaders, watch how your income skyrockets.

Be careful that you don't just think of a network marketing resource as the next and greatest marketing technique or method for you to use...or this kind of income jump won't occur. When it comes to your business, remember that the lifeblood of all of it is your people. Remember to always stay focused on the human elements and dynamics going on within your downline.
